WARRANTY POLICY

Our commitment at Anglers Garage always to our lovely customer.

We appologize for the inconvenience of a broken rod and are commited to get you fishing again. We are selling high quality and performance rod. So please take note that these rods can or will break if not taken care of, used over the recommended specifications, abused or negligence. We guarantee the quality and performance of the rod, but we cannot be responsible for the well-being of the rod. This warranty is limited to repair or replacment of the rod.

The warranty does not cover fire, thief, missing rod section or damage during transportation.

All of our rods are either imported from manufacturers in Japan or sourced from wholesaler, as such, warranty differs from brand to brand.

Factory Warranty : Yamaga Blanks, MC Works, Takamitechnos, BEAT, CB One, Hammerhead.

:: Factory warranty claims will have to be directly to the manufacturer in Japan. Unfortunately we cannot assist in warranty claims for some of these brands. In no event shall Anglers Garage be held liable for incidental or consequential damages due to breach of this warranty or other warranties implied by law.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Return for other than warranty issues will be subjected to a 10% restocking charge. All returned merchandise must be accompanied with sale receipt or proof of purchase, unused, in undamaged original packaging and in resalable condition. Shipping cost for return merchandise will be at buyers care.

Please be sure to write it to an invoice as "Returned Goods". If custom duty require us come to Malaysia Custom Office, we will not pick the packaging. The packaging will return back to you.

Customers can also choose to have a store credit voucher, we will generate a voucher for your usage for your next order. Sale or discounted items do not qualify for returns.

RISK OF LOST

All items purchased from Anglers Garage are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
